Job summary

91 Homes is seeking an interior designer to develop design concepts, layouts and space planning for residential and commercial projects. The role involves producing 2D drawings, creating 3D designs and presentations to communicate ideas.

You will select materials, furniture, lighting, and color schemes, coordinate with clients, vendors and contractors, and prepare BOQs, estimates and design documentation to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery.
