Qualifications

• Create space plans, 2D working drawings, and photorealistic 3D renders.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and furniture layouts.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to execute designs.
• Manage project timelines and site visits.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Adobe Suite.
• Good sense of color, lighting, and materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
