Job summary

TrellisHR is seeking an Interior Designer to own projects from concept through site execution in Dadri. You will develop concepts, layouts, material specs, and detailed drawings, while coordinating with vendors and supervising on site to ensure quality and timelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, with strong knowledge of materials and execution practices, and is proficient in AutoCAD 2D. Independent project leadership and good communication are essential.

We are seeking an Interior Designer who can take ownership of projects end-to-end — from design conceptualisation to site execution. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling design development, working drawings, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision, ensuring quality, timelines, and design intent are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed material specifications
• Prepare and coordinate complete working drawings for execution
• Manage and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Conduct regular site visits to supervise execution and ensure adherence to drawings
• Resolve site-related design and execution challenges proactively
• Monitor timelines, workmanship quality, and material usage
• Assist in cost control, value engineering, and BOQ understanding
• Act as a bridge between client expectations, design intent, and site execution

Desired Profile:

• Degree / Diploma in Interior Design
• Strong experience in residential & turnkey interior projects
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, construction details, and execution practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D(mandatory)
• Ability to independently handle projects and teams
