Job Vista is seeking a skilled Interior Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our team in Surat. You will develop interior concepts, prepare drawings and layouts, and coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure projects align with approved designs.

The role requires strong knowledge of space planning, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools, along with good communication and client-handling abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in interior design.
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on project requirements.
• Prepare 2D layouts, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, civil teams, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors.
• Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation to ensure alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and other interior elements.
• Review measurements and site conditions before preparing final drawings.
• Make revisions based on client feedback and site requirements.
• Maintain project drawings, design documents, and material records.
• Ensure projects are completed within the required quality and timeline standards.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior concepts, preparing drawings and layouts, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring projects are executed according to the approved design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on project requirements.
• Prepare 2D layouts, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Create mood boards, material selections, colour schemes, and design presentations.
• Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and quantity requirements when required.
• Coordinate with architects, civil teams, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors.
• Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation. Ensure execution matches approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and other interior elements.
• Review measurements and site conditions before preparing final drawings.
• Make revisions based on client feedback and site requirements.
• Maintain project drawings, design documents, and material records.
• Ensure projects are completed within the required quality and timeline standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior design concepts and space planning.
• in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, or other design software will be an advantage. Good understanding of furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and colour combinations. Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Good attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in interior design.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or turnkey interior projects.
• Candidates who can independently manage projects from concept to execution are preferred.
• Should be comfortable with client meetings and site visits.
