Job summary

Homzinterio is seeking passionate Interior Designers to transform residential spaces into elegant, functional homes. The role emphasizes client meetings, presentations, and end-to-end design delivery, including site visits and mood boards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of residential interior design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and strong communication skills in English and a regional language. Bengaluru-based, weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Interior Designing, B.Arch, or any graduate with a mandatory Diploma in Interior Designing.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in residential interior designing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Rendering software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture design is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and at least one regional language.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
• Conduct client presentations, experience centre walkthroughs, and mood board presentations.
• Develop creative and functional residential interior designs in line with client expectations.
• Prepare estimates and quotations and ensure timely collection of payments as per milestones.
• Conduct client site visits for measurements, design validation, and final checking.
• Design residential spaces using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and rendering software.
• Prepare detailed design presentations and communicate concepts effectively to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the design journey.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional residential interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
• Conduct client presentations, experience centre walkthroughs, and mood board presentations.
• Develop creative and functional residential interior designs in line with client expectations.
• Prepare estimates and quotations and ensure timely collection of payments as per stage-based milestones.
• Conduct client site visits for measurements, design validation, and final checking.
• Design residential spaces using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and relevant rendering software.
• Prepare detailed design presentations and communicate design concepts effectively to clients.
• Provide end-to-end interior design solutions, including:
• Other home interior solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design journey.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work on weekends as required, as Monday is the weekly off.

Requirements

• Graduate in Interior Designing, B.Arch, or any graduate with a mandatory Diploma in Interior Designing.
