Job summary

Homzinterio is seeking passionate interior designers to craft elegant homes for residential projects. The role involves meeting clients, creating mood boards, and presenting designs with detailed estimates. You will visit sites for measurements and finalize plans using SketchUp and rendering tools.

We value strong English communication and knowledge of at least one regional language (Kannada or Hindi). Modular furniture design is mandatory, with weekends working as per project needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate in interior designing or BArch with a mandatory diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of residential interior design experience after education.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software.
• Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Kannada or Hindi).
• Knowledge of modular furniture design is mandatory.
• Desire to meet clients, listen to requirements and design accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients, make presentations, walkthrough experience centre and mood board presentations; issue estimates.
• Visit client sites for measurements and final checks.
• Design homes using SketchUp and rendering tools; prepare presentations and milestones.
• Guide clients with end-to-end interior solutions including modular and loose furniture.
• Be the primary point of contact for all clients whose home you design.

1. 1. You should be a graduate in interior designing/ BArch or any graduate with a mandatory diploma in interior designing
2. 2. You need to have atleast 2 years of experience after education in the field of residential interior designing
3. 3. You need to be well versed with all required software’s including Autocad, Google Sketchup and rendering software’s along with knowledge of Microsoft excel and power point presentations.
4. 4. You need to be fluent in English and any one regional language preferably Kannada/Hindi.
5. 5. Knowledge of Modular furniture design work is mandatory.
6. 6. You need to have passion to meet client, Patience to listen to them, take their requirements, make mood boards and design houses as per clients expectation.
7. 7. Work on weekends as we observe monday as our weekly off.

Job Description:

1. 1. Meet clients, make presentations, experience centre walkthrough andmood board presentations. Isssue estimates.

3. 3. Design house using google Sketchups, rendering software’s and make presentations. Collect payments as per stage based milestones.
4. 4. Guide customer with end to end home interior solutions including modular furniture, Loose furniture, Decor, furnishing and other solutions.
5. 5. Be a primary point of contact for all clients whose home you design.
