Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of completed design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Strong spatial awareness and ability to interpret architectural plans and drawings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

In this role, you will lead and manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion, collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver innovative, functional, and high-quality interior design solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development through installation.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Ensure design execution aligns with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and functional needs.
• Translate client ideas into creative, practical design solutions.
• Maintain consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Design Development

• Prepare mood boards, color palettes, layouts, and concept presentations.
• Create detailed design presentations, including sketches, drawings, and material boards.
• Develop 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.

Material & Furniture Selection

• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, and décor elements.
• Ensure all selections align with design vision, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure design intent is maintained during construction and installation phases.
• Conduct site visits and reviews when necessary.

Industry Awareness
