Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle projects from design stage to execution and handover.
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and present design concepts and proposals.
• Prepare and coordinate 2D layouts, working drawings, 3D designs, BOQs and estimates.
• Manage client communication, regular follow-ups, approvals, and project updates.
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, contractors, carpenters and other agencies.
• Plan and monitor site execution, timelines, quality, and material requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve execution-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth project completion.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Take ownership of projects and ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
