Your role will encompass developing innovative design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. A strong portfolio and proficiency in key design software are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed interior drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models and realistic visualizations using SketchUp and rendering software.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design quality.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and budget.
• Manage multiple residential and commercial projects simultaneously.
