Job summary

Role Description

The Interior Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This position is responsible for coordinating interior design projects from concept through completion, including scheduling, resource planning, and daily communication with designers, vendors, and craftspeople. Typical tasks include preparing and organizing project documentation, assisting with material selection and procurement, tracking timelines and budgets, and ensuring that site activities follow design specifications. The coordinator will conduct regular site visits, monitor work quality, address day-to-day issues, and support client meetings with updates and presentations. The role requires proactive follow-up, clear documentation of decisions, and collaboration with the design team to deliver projects on time and to the required standards.
