Job summary

Livspace Bengaluru is seeking an Interior Design Lead to head a team of designers and manage multiple residential projects from concept to handover. You will drive design excellence, ensure Livspace standards, and deliver a seamless client experience.

You will mentor 6–10 designers, coordinate with sales and operations, conduct design reviews, and escalate issues while maintaining timelines and quality benchmarks across projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of residential interior design experience.
• Proven team handling and project management experience.
• Expertise in modular interiors (kitchens, wardrobes).

• Oversee 12–15 projects month-on-month from concept to handover
• Conduct design reviews, layout validations, and 3D design approvals
• Ensure adherence to Livspace design processes, quality benchmarks, and timelines
• Handle client interactions, presentations, and escalations
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and execution teams for seamless delivery
• Conduct training sessions and mentor designers on technical and design aspects

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years of experience in residential interior design
• Proven experience in team handling and project management
• Strong expertise in modular interiors (kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions)
