Job summary

Livspace, Asia's leading home interiors and renovation platform, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead residential design projects from concept to completion. You will create space plans, 3D concepts, and technical drawings while coordinating with project managers, vendors, and installation teams to ensure delivery of turnkey homes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential design, strong client management, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of residential interior design experience.
• Experience delivering 10+ turnkey or full-home projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, materials, and site execution.
• Experience with BoQ preparation and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects from concept to final handover.
• Meet clients to understand lifestyle, preferences, and design requirements.
• Develop space plans, layouts, mood boards, 3D concepts, and design presentations.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and execution documents.
• Create BoQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and installation teams to ensure timely execution.
• Ensure high-quality design deliverables within timelines and budgets.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
• Support sales closures by presenting design solutions and building customer trust.
• Mentor and guide junior designers while fostering collaboration across teams.

Required Qualifications
