Lead and mentor a design team, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and maintain client satisfaction by upholding Livspace's quality benchmarks and processes.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in residential interior design.
• Experience in team handling and project management.
• Expertise in modular interiors (kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6–10 interior designers.
