Job summary

Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Ashram Nadiad is seeking a hands-on Interior Architect & Civil Engineer to oversee interior design, civil works, and on-site project execution.

You will coordinate with contractors and vendors, develop layouts and drawings, supervise finishing, electrical, plumbing, and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch/Interior Design required.
• 3 to 5+ years in civil/construction, interior execution, architecture or project management.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel as required.
• Candidates with site execution experience and strong technical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior layouts, space plans, working drawings and detailed designs.
• Coordinate architectural and civil drawings, BOQs, measurements and material specifications.
• Supervise civil, interior finishing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring and painting works.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality, progress and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects and consultants.
• Identify site issues and provide practical technical solutions.
• Verify measurements, quantities, bills and project documentation.
• Support material selection, estimation, procurement and vendor coordination.
• Maintain project records and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, approved drawings and project specifications.
• Ensure timely completion and quality handover of projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Interior Architect & Civil Engineer to manage interior design, civil works, architectural coordination and on-site project execution. The role will involve working closely with contractors, vendors, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are completed with the required quality, timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior layouts, space plans, working drawings and detailed designs
• Coordinate architectural and civil drawings, BOQs, measurements and material specifications
• Supervise civil, interior finishing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring and painting works

• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel

Education - B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch / Degree in Interior Design. Candidates with relevant site execution experience and strong technical skills will be preferred.
