Role Description:

Interior Architect (Hospitality & Institutional Projects)

The role involves detailed knowledge of interior and architectural space planning, conceptualisation and presentation, services coordination, GFC documentation and interior drawings for a range of premium hotel and institutional projects spread across the country. Key responsibilities include efficient design management, preparing and coordinating detailed drawing packages and client communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in architecture/ interior design.
• 2-3 years of experience (Preference to those with experience in hospitality and institutional projects).
• Space planning and Architectural ideation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant CAD, SketchUp and Presentation software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in and across teams.
