Role Description The Interior Architect will be responsible for designing and detailing high-end interior spaces, integrating architectural elements with interior design concepts to create cohesive and functional environments. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, developing design proposals, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating interior fit-out details, and selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures aligned with luxury design standards. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, and on-site teams to ensure design intent is maintained through execution, including site visits, quality checks, and coordination with contractors and vendors. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, requiring active participation in project meetings, design reviews, and ongoing project coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Interior Architecture, with the ability to integrate structural and aesthetic considerations.
• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, visually compelling layouts tailored to luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Hands-on experience with Interior Fit-out, including detailed drawings, joinery, and coordination with execution teams.
• Ability to translate client requirements into design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes that reflect premium craftsmanship.
• Advanced skills in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience in client-facing roles and design discussions.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Prior experience in luxury interiors or high-end architectural projects in India is an advantage.
