Dream Concepts Studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from concept to completion for premium residences, offices, and boutique hotels. The role is full-time and on-site in Navi Mumbai, involving client meetings, concept development, presentations, and coordination with consultants and contractors.

The candidate will manage space planning, construction drawings, materials and finishes selection, FF&E, and project timelines, while mentoring juniors and upholding studio

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in interior design and space planning for premium residential/commercial/hospitality.
• Knowledge of architecture and coordination with structural, MEP, and allied teams.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and on-site execution documentation.
• Hands-on FF&E selection, specification, and coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture with several years' experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Strong project management: time management, detail focus, on-site oversight.

Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead design projects from concept through completion, ensuring cohesive and high-quality outcomes for premium residences, office spaces, and boutique hotels. This full-time, on-site role is based in Navi Mumbai and involves meeting clients, understanding requirements, developing design concepts, preparing presentations, and coordinating with consultants and contractors. Daily responsibilities include space planning, overseeing construction drawings, selecting materials and finishes, managing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and monitoring project timelines and quality. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, participate in design reviews, and ensure that all projects align with the studio’s standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with experience in premium residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Solid understanding of Architecture and coordination with structural, MEP, and other allied disciplines.
• Ability to develop detailed Construction Drawings and documentation suitable for execution on site.
• Hands-on experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, and accessories.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of progressive design experience.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a studio environment.
• Strong project management abilities, including time management, attention to detail, and overseeing on-site execution.
