Myk Laticrete in Bengaluru invites an Interim Sales Representative to drive revenue across tile categories, manage retailer visits, promote focus products, and execute in-store branding and activities.

You will expand the channel, identify high-potential retailers, input leads into LMS, track competition, and provide daily activity updates via the SFA app.

Responsabilidades

• Retailer visits to drive revenue targets and promote focus products (DRCP norms)
• Collect secondary orders from retailers
• Identify high-potential retailers and onboard via SE/ASM
• Conduct in-shop promotional activities and branding (POSM)
• Input leads into LMS and follow up with MDE/TPE
• Gather market intelligence on pricing and competition, upload to SFA app

Descripción del empleo

INTERIM SALES REPRESENTATIVE

1. Sales & Order Management

• Retailer visits as per DRCP norms
• Collect secondary orders from retailers
• Drive revenue targets across categories for the retailers
• Communicate latest schemes to retailers
• Focus on promoting sales of focus products and ensure range selling

2. Channel Expansion & Management

• Identify high-potential retailers and handover to SE/ASM for onboarding
• Manage and grow retailers within the allocated territory

3. In-shop Execution

• Conduct promotional activities - in-shop meets and other channel level branding (POSM & branding)
• Conduct in-shop selling activities for top tile retailers (Superior) - 1 hour per retailer per quarter

4. Lead generation & Prospecting

• Input and prospect potential leads (sites, contractors) provided by the channel into LMS (lead entry only)
• Follow up internally with MDE/TPE & revert back with the status to channel

5. Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking

• Gather market operating price of own and competition products at regular intervals and upload to SFA app
• Gather competition insights such as new product launches, schemes, offers etc. and convert the same to ASM

6. Reporting and Documentation

• Update daily activities as per DRCP into the SFA app
• Provide reports based on requirements.
