Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions across development projects, construction jobs, co-investment entities, and other business lines.
• Track AR/AP balances, ensuring timely settlements and follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve intercompany discrepancies and process billback corrections.
• Support the month-end close and consolidation process.
• Prepare journal entries for expense reclassifications and ensure accurate intercompany reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Development Accounting, Tax, and Corporate Accounting teams.
• Support system testing and ERP upgrades related to intercompany accounting.

Requirements
