Valorega Talentedge is seeking an experienced Intercompany Accountant to manage multi-entity intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.

You will handle Due To / Due From balances, journal entries, eliminations, and foreign currency concerns, with US client exposure preferred.

Candidates should have 3–8 years of experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and a track record of collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany accounting across multiple entities.
• Record and review intercompany transactions and journals.
• Maintain Due To / Due From balances.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve intercompany differences and aged balances.
• Coordinate with entity accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support eliminations during Month-End and Year-End Close.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Intercompany Accountant with hands-on experience in intercompany accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of intercompany transactions, reconciliations, Due To / Due From balances, intercompany journal entries, eliminations, General Ledger and month-end close activities.

Experience supporting US clients or multinational organizations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany accounting activities across multiple entities.
• Record and review intercompany transactions and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate Due To / Due From balances.
• Perform intercompany account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve intercompany differences and aged balances.
• Coordinate with entity-level accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support intercompany eliminations during Month-End and Year-End Close.
• Reconcile intercompany balances with General Ledger records.
• Support foreign currency transactions and FX revaluation.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliation reports and supporting schedules.
• Support transfer pricing-related accounting activities where applicable.
• Investigate unmatched and unusual intercompany transactions.
• Support financial reporting and audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.
• Support process improvement initiatives related to intercompany accounting.

Key Software

Microsoft Excel, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, BlackLine, Trintech, Power BI; experience with other ERP, reconciliation or accounting systems will also be considered.

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / Accounting or a related field.
• CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA or relevant professional qualification preferred.
• 3-8 years of relevant Intercompany Accounting / R2R / Financial Accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of intercompany transactions, reconciliations and eliminations.
• Experience with General Ledger and Month-End Close.
• Knowledge of foreign currency transactions and FX revaluation preferred.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting US or multinational clients preferred.
