Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is partnering with a Mohali-based real estate firm to recruit an Accounting Assistant Manager. You will oversee RTR, GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting while leading a 15–20 member accounting team and driving process improvements.

The role requires a strong foundation in accounting principles, RTR and GL, plus property accounting experience and proficiency with Yardi/RealPage and MS Office. MBA Finance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA Finance preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant Manager or in a similar accounting leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, RTR, GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing and developing a large accounting team with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Yardi, RealPage, MS Office, and preferably experience in property accounting.

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Assistant Manager to oversee general accounting processes and lead a team of approximately 1520 accounting associates. The role will be responsible for RTR activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, cash postings, compliance, team development, and process improvements. Property accounting experience is preferred.
