Responsibilities

• Takes responsibility for delivering a prescribed budget for own area of the organisation and conducts complex analyses on budget progress in other areas while working within established systems.
• Delivers prescribed outcomes by working as directed within established data management systems and procedures.
• Grows own capabilities by pursuing personal development opportunities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by providing specialised training or coaching throughout the organisation.
• Identifies shortcomings and suggests improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, and delivers a plan for a small element of a change‑management programme with guidance from a project/programme manager.
• Provides input into the development of IT security policies, develops underlying procedures and monitors their implementation for the area of responsibility.
• Delivers prescribed outcomes for the area of responsibility by working within established knowledge‑management systems.
• Delivers outcomes by managing others within established systems.
• Sets short‑term objectives and helps manage the performance of direct reports within performance‑management systems.
• Defines, delivers and adapts specialised products/services to meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches within established systems.
• Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions.
• Develops and/or delivers elements of a strategic planning system with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Develops product specifications while designing testing procedures and standards.

Qualifications
