Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Senior Associate Engineer to lead DNA API integration efforts, craft testing strategies, and deliver robust integration components.

You will supervise offshore teams, drive SIT execution, manage client engagement in banking projects, mentor junior staff, and uphold quality standards through strategic planning and analytical problem solving.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build integration components for the DNA conversion wave, applying lessons learned from Systematics
• Work with DNA-specific data models and Fiserv API patterns
• Lead a subgroup of Senior Associate engineers
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) execution for the DNA wave
• Manage client support and engagement for banking and capital markets projects
• Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of testing methodologies
• Identify and address testing challenges through analytical thinking
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to facilitate project success
• Promote innovative testing tools and practices across teams
• Coach and mentor junior staff to develop testing skills and knowledge
• Supervise, develop, and coach teams; manage client service accounts; and oversee client engagement workstreams
• Develop high-quality deliverables while independently solving and analyzing complex problems
