Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking an Integration Engineer- Manager to lead the development and customization of applications on the Guidewire platform for insurance clients. You will collaborate with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to deliver integrated solutions.

You will coach and motivate teams, manage project planning and budgets, resolve conflicts, and ensure delivery quality while upholding PwC's standards and independence requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9+ years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• DNA / Fiserv Premier API integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds integration components for the DNA conversion wave, applying lessons learned from Systematics. Focuses on DNA-specific data models and Fiserv API patterns, leads a sub‑group of Sr. Associate engineers, and supports SIT execution for the DNA wave.
• Analyzing client requirements and implementing software solutions to optimize operational efficiency
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
• Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of client engagement workstreams
• Motivating and inspiring team members to deliver quality and meet client expectations
• Identifying opportunities for enhancing business processes and contributing to the firm’s success
• Embracing technology and innovation to improve delivery and encourage team development
• Addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements

As an Integration Engineer- Manager, you will specialize in developing and customizing applications using the Guidewire platform, providing insurance companies with tools for policy administration, claims management, and billing. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support to optimize operational efficiency and enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
