As an Integration Testing Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional client support within our Business Application Consulting group, specifically focusing on Guidewire Testing. As a Manager, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by overseeing teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop high-quality deliverables. You will leverage your strategic planning skills and mentor junior staff to deliver value and maintain project success.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Business & Supply Chain Operations network, working within our Advisory - Other competency. You will play a crucial role in the Banking and Capital Markets sector, focusing on Life, Annuity & Group Benefits Operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in cultivating meaningful client relationships, inspiring your teams, and navigating ambiguity while upholding PwC’s quality standards. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same, contributing to the firm’s purpose, values, and broader business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Builds integration components for the DNA conversion wave, applying lessons learned from Systematics. Focuses on DNA‑specific data models and Fiserv API patterns, leads a sub‑group of Sr. Associate engineers, and supports SIT execution for the DNA wave.
• Managing client support and engagement for banking and capital markets projects
• Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of testing methodologies
• Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address testing challenges
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project success
• Promoting the use of innovative testing tools and practices across teams
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff to develop their testing skills and knowledge

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• 9+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
