Roles & Responsibilities

• He/She should have experience on implementing integrations on ServiceNow Platform, independently deliver complex automation work
• Candidate is expected to be worked upon the key deliverables that involve integration design between ServiceNow and other applications
• Must have good communication skills, should be able to drive discussions with stakeholders independently
• Must know ServiceNow scripting

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to ServiceNow.
• Experience in designing and implementing APIs and web services for seamless system integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and workflow automation within ServiceNow environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
