Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payments Product Owner (GCB5) to lead large‑scale Payments Transformation initiatives for global banking clients. The role requires deep expertise in product ownership and functional business analysis, strong product delivery skills, and experience managing delivery across business and technology teams in Agile environments. The candidate will act as the bridge between stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to drive digital transformation across payments platforms and banking channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRDs, and FRDs.
• Drive end‑to‑end Payments transformation and implementation programs.
• Collaborate with business, operations, architecture, and engineering teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
• Ensure alignment between product vision, regulatory requirements, and delivery goals.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across global banking clients.
• Support process improvement, MX migration, and payment modernization initiatives.
