Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai in Mumbai seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale BMS/IBMS and security projects. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate with clients, consultants and vendors, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion with stringent safety standards.

The role requires 10-15+ years of project execution experience in BMS/IBMS and ELV systems, with hands-on installation, testing and commissioning expertise. PMP/PRINCE2 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from kick-off to final handover.
• Manage BMS/IBMS projects across various sectors.
• Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of BMS/IBMS, CCTV, ACS, ELV and security systems.
• Develop schedules, resource plans and budgets; monitor progress and quality.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure safety compliance and drive customer satisfaction.

Position: Senior Project Manager**Location:** Mumbai **Experience:** 10-15+ Years **Industry:** Building Management Systems (BMS), Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), Security & ELV Systems### Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced **Senior Project Manager** to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale BMS, IBMS, and Security Systems projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, stakeholder management, and project closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.### Key Responsibilities* Manage complete project lifecycle from project kick-off to final handover.* Lead execution of **BMS/IBMS projects** across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.* Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of: Building Management Systems (BMS) Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Fire Alarm Systems Other ELV/Security Systems* Develop project schedules, resource plans, and project budgets.* Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.* Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.* Lead site teams and ensure compliance with safety requirements.* Manage project documentation, MIS reports, change orders, and project financials.* Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.* Support commercial closures, project billing, and collections.### Required Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.* PMP/PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage.### Required Experience* 10-15+ years of experience in project execution and project management.* Strong experience in **BMS/IBMS projects**.* Hands-on experience in **CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), ELV, Security Systems**, installation, testing, and commissioning.* Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.* Exposure to commercial buildings, data centers, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial projects.
