Overview

As a member of the Freight Forwarding team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will head and manage LCC customer operations, ensuring compliance with KPIs and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Key duties include:

• Ensure smooth implementation of new business and deliver KPIs for respective projects in the LCC.
• Manage existing LCC business in a controlled commercial and operational environment.
• Continuously improve operational performance through productivity enhancements to maximize gains and ensure customer excellence.
• Collaborate with development and implementation teams to plan introduction of new business.
• Coordinate with business managers and new clients so all stakeholders understand their responsibilities.
• Demonstrate the capabilities of the LCC to internal and external visitors.
• Uphold the LCC as a showcase for Integrated Logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 12‑15 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the freight industry.
• Experience in both air and ocean freight operations.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Oversee logistics projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and meet business goals.
