About the role

As a member of the Freight Forwarding team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimizing processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. Primary responsibilities

• Deliver Procurement projects (Tender Management and Analytics) across all regions, directly contributing to the growth strategy for integrated logistics within the network engineering domain.
• Prepare, manage, and refine bid sheets to support tender processes, driving accuracy and competitiveness in submissions.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and stakeholder preferences in relation to Procurement (Tender and Analytics), ensuring solutions are tailored to business needs.
• Conduct benchmarking exercises and generate market intelligence reports to provide actionable insights and support ad hoc business requirements.
• Actively participate in meetings and workshops with internal teams and customer management groups, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Ensure a clear understanding of customer expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and quality standards, and deliver outcomes that meet or exceed these expectations.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization & data modeling tools.
• Ability to work confidently with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar) to support analytics and automation.
