Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a seasoned professional to deploy and lead the CI service offering for KNIL customers in India. You will own the CI program, drive cross-functional cost savings, and develop business cases with key stakeholders across regions.

You will map value streams, validate baselines, and lead data-driven improvements to deliver multi-year, high-impact initiatives while coordinating with Business Managers and customers in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in change management and/or project management (min. 5 years).
• Proven experience in all transportation modes.
• Proven experience in supply chain cost budgeting / optimization / value stream mapping.
• Proven experience in business case creation.
• Proven experience of cross regional or global collaboration in multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Identifies supply chain inefficiencies, builds improvement business cases, and drives optimization initiatives to achieve cost savings

Savings target setting

• Maps value streams, performs loss analysis, and defines cost and cash-saving opportunities. Aligns savings targets, timelines, and resources with customers and Business Managers

Savings pipeline development

• Leads data-driven improvement by validating baselines, generating ideas with cross-functional teams, and building a multi-year portfolio of high-impact initiatives

Savings status tracking

• Aligns on savings calculation and reporting, maintains trackers and dashboards, and drives regular reviews to convert ideas into executable projects

Savings delivery

• Oversees end-to-end execution, manages risks, and tracks actual savings to ensure benefits realization
