Responsibilities

• Handling inbound & outbound calls from existing bank customers
• Providing prompt, accurate solutions to customer queries
• Promote and explain banking products as ( credits cards, loans, insurance etc)
• Generate revenue through upselling & cross selling initiatives
• Retain customers by offering relevant services and resolving issues professionally
• Focus on customer retention and activating new services
• Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
• Update customer records and database.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Salary Structure (In-Hand Fixed Monthly)

• Fresher: 18,000/month
• Experienced (BPO/Tele-sales): 25,000/month (depends on your last inhand & interview)
• Insurance - Upto 30000 take home as depends on experience
• PLUS: Generous, Performance-Based Incentives on top of your fixed salary!
