Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of claim information in line with policy terms and company guidelines.
• Process and adjudicate claims with timeliness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Communicate with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to provide updates, resolve queries, and gather additional information.
• Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies, errors, and exceptions in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date records of all claims processed to support audit and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and seamless end-to-end claim processing.
