Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate in Insurance - Life to analyze complex insurance data, develop actuarial models, and collaborate with underwriting, finance, and operations. The role focuses on data-driven recommendations, risk assessment, and regulatory-compliant analysis.

Ideal candidates hold actuarial and related degrees and may possess CFA/CFE/CPCU designations. Office-based in India, with night shifts as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters level actuarial science and related fields.
• Broad knowledge of economics, finance and risk management.
• Professional actuarial designations or equivalents are highly regarded.
• Advanced certifications in CFA/CFE/CPCU are desirable.
• Experience with insurance-specific analytics and actuarial modelling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support decision-making for product development, pricing, and risk management through quantitative analysis.
• Contribute to the documentation of actuarial processes, assumptions, and methodologies for internal and regulatory purposes.
