Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate in Insurance - P&C Underwriting to review and process insurance claims in a hybrid work model in India. You will ensure accuracy, gather missing information, and maintain meticulous records while complying with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

The role requires strong knowledge of fraud prevention, risk management, and underwriting practices, with English proficiency and relevant actuarial or insurance-related education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in actuarial, economics, finance, risk management and insurance, or statistics-related fields.
• Certifications in claims, reinsurance, compliance and risk management as listed in the ad.
• Proficiency in English; intermediate B1 level mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness.
• Process claims in accordance with underwriting rules and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with clients to gather missing details for claim adjudication.
• Identify and flag errors or missing documentation for correction or escalation.
