Job summary

Genpact in Noida is seeking a role focused on managing teams and delivering service level targets for P&C Insurance, with a focus on analytics and technology to solve business challenges.

You will assist clients with inquiries on auto insurance policies, assess coverage needs, process policy changes, and coordinate with agents and underwriters to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, while keeping detailed records for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (non-technical).
• Prior experience in insurance/ underwriting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding auto insurance policies, providing clear and accurate information.
• Evaluate client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to ensure adequate protection.
• Accurately and efficiently process policy changes, updates, and endorsements.
• Resolve client concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to ensure policy accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policy updates, and resolutions for audit and reporting purposes.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing teams and service level targets role for P&C Insurance Business, Facilitating goal-level creation for the team in line with Business goals and works with managers to ensure the goals are cascade to all associates

Guiding the talent identification and development process for the team

You will be expected to be focused on the Business goals/challenges and know how to solve these using analytics and technology.
