Job summary

Surety Seven Technology Pvt Ltd, a Delhi-based insurance broker, seeks an Insurance Operations Executive with 2-6 years of experience in General Insurance products and policy servicing from inception to post-sales follow-up. The role covers Fire, Burglary, Marine, CAR, EAR, GMC, GPA, WC and other policies.

The successful candidate will assist in processing documentation, coordinate with insurers for issuance and endorsements, and handle customer servicing while maintaining accurate data and MIS

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-6 years of experience as Insurance Operations Executive in General Insurance.
• Good knowledge of policy types, endorsements, and claim workflows.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and insurance software.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing insurance documentation and backend operations.
• Coordinate with insurers for policy issuance, quotes, renewals, and endorsements.
• Handle customer servicing and query resolution support.
