Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Insurance and Brokerage operations, policy handling, basic underwriting.

• Proven customer service skills and client relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Management, Insurance, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Operations role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day insurance administration, including policy processing, documentation, and coordination with insurance providers and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include supporting insurance brokerage activities, reviewing proposals, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards. The team member will handle customer inquiries, provide service support, and help resolve policy-related issues to ensure a smooth client experience. The role also includes collaborating with finance and advisory teams to align insurance solutions with broader client objectives and contributing to continuous process improvement in operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage operations, including policy handling and basic underwriting principles.
• Foundational understanding of Finance concepts and their application to insurance products and client portfolios.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance information clearly and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining professional client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Management, Insurance, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or risk management are a plus.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office and basic insurance/CRM systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in insurance operations, brokerage, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
