Job summary

Common Service Centres (CSC) is seeking a dynamic professional to build and coordinate the insurance team across the region. You will drive targets, maintain relationships with insurers and CSC district teams, and coordinate with stakeholders to grow the insurance business.

The role covers policy support, MIS reporting, and field development, requiring travel within the region to expand the insurance vertical and achieve assigned targets.

Team Building & Coordination

• Build and grow the insurance team to achieve assigned business targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and CSC district teams.

Policy Support

• Assist with insurance policy-related issues.
• Support activities related to policy issuance, endorsements, and claims.

Insurance Business Management

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the insurance vertical, including:
• Life Insurance
• General Insurance
• Cattle Insurance
• PMFBY (Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana)

MIS & Performance Monitoring

• Track and monitor team targets versus achievements.
• Analyse business performance and identify gaps.
• Drive the team towards achievement of assigned targets.
• Target Achievement
• Ensure completion of targets assigned by the State/Head Office (HO) team.
• Take necessary measures to improve business performance and achieve insurance targets.

Stakeholder & Customer Support

• Handle insurance-related queries, issues, and concerns.
• Provide effective customer support and resolve complex insurance-related queries.

Field & Business Development

• Undertake travel within the assigned region as required for increasing insurance business.
• Support expansion and growth of the insurance vertical.
