Job summary

Shriram Life Insurance is seeking a results-driven branch sales leader to drive revenue, policy counts, and premiums through direct and agency channels. You will recruit and mentor Sales Managers, Front Line Sales teams, and insurance advisors while building local networks and executing promotion plans.

In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, and monitor weekly performance against competitors to refine strategies.

• Sales & Targets: Deliver branch revenue, policy count, and premium goals through direct sales or agency channels.
• Team Management: Hire, train, motivate, and retain Sales Managers, Front Line Sales (FLS) teams, and insurance advisors.
• Business Development: Build local networks, execute sales promotion plans, and drive lead fulfillment.
• Compliance & Operations: Oversee daily office workflows and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations set by authorities like the IRDAI.
• Performance Monitoring: Review weekly sales metrics and competitor activity to adjust local strategies.
