Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Motor Insurance Claims; preferably in a car dealership/workshop.
• Strong knowledge of motor insurance claim processes and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and workshop teams.
• Good understanding of vehicle damage assessment, estimates, approvals, and settlements.
