Job summary

Sigachi Industries, based at the GACL Plant in Dahej, seeks a dedicated Maintenance / Instrumentation engineer to keep plant instrumentation systems accurate and reliable. You will calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain sensors, transmitters, and process instruments to ensure smooth operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and strictly follow safety guidelines. On-roll employment at the Dahej facility requires compliance with GACL standards and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Installation, calibration, and maintenance of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level)
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and repair faults in control systems, transmitters, and sensors
• Maintain records of calibration, maintenance, and breakdowns
• Follow GACL and statutory safety guidelines during work

Role Objective

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair faults in control systems, transmitters, and sensors.
• Documentation: Maintain records of calibration, maintenance, and breakdowns.
• Safety Compliance: Follow GACL and statutory safety guidelines during work.
