Job summary

Atharv Consultants in Delhi seeks an experienced instrumentation specialist to install, calibrate and maintain field instruments and control systems. You will work on DCS and PLC interfaces, perform routine maintenance and ensure process equipment operates reliably.

The role requires 6–8 years of instrumentation experience in a continuous process industry, preferably chemical manufacturing, with hands-on field instrument handling and preventive maintenance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of instrumentation experience in a continuous process industry (preferably chemical manufacturing).
• Execute preventive, predictive, shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of field instruments including DCS and PLC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate and commission field instruments and systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain equipment such as flow meters, RTDs, pressure switches, sensors, actuators, load cells and weighing systems.
