Job summary

Hindustan Platinum in Navi Mumbai is seeking an Instrumentation Officer with 2+ years of experience. The role involves process instrumentation, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning of control panels and field instruments like transmitters, sensors and gauges.

You will work on PLC/SCADA/DCS systems and ensure calibration and preventive maintenance. The position requires hands-on experience in erection, cable laying, and loop checking with instruments such as temperature, level, flow

Qualifications

• Experience in process instrumentation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA and DCS systems.
• Familiarity with instrumentation drawings and loop diagrams.
• Experience in installation, erection and commissioning of control panels and instruments.

Responsibilities

• Handle process instrumentation and troubleshooting on site.
• Assist in erection, commissioning and cabling works including cable tray and cable laying.
• Calibrate and maintain field instruments (temp, level, flow, etc.).
• Work with control panels (DCS/PLC) and perform loop checks.
• Support preventive maintenance and calibration activities.

d)In Projects, Erection, Commissioning, Cable tray installation, Cable laying, J.B installation, Control Panel Installation (DCS, PLC), Loop Checking with Calibration of Field Instruments such as Temperature, Level, Flow Transmitters, Magnetic & Mass Flow Meter, Proximity Switches. PH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Control valves transmitters, gauges and switches.
