Job summary

The role involves maintenance, fault analysis, and collaboration with electrical, mechanical, and process teams to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in instrumentation for pressure, flow, level, and temperature.
• Experience with PLC/DCS/SCADA control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes.
• Install, test, and calibrate sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and valves.
• Monitor and maintain control systems for continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Work with PLC, DCS, and SCADA for process control.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and process teams.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Assist in commissioning and startup of new projects.
• Maintain knowledge of process instrumentation (pressure, flow, level, temperature).
• Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs, DCS, SCADA.
