Job summary

Leadec in Dahej, Gujarat, India, seeks an experienced maintenance technician to handle instrumentation repair and calibration. The role involves working with DCS/SCADA-based systems, sensors across temperature, pressure, position control, and various switches, plus pneumatic control valves.

Experience with conveyors or filling machines is a plus. The candidate should demonstrate strong troubleshooting and calibration skills for devices like mass flow meters, pressure transmitters, and load

Responsibilities

• Good exposure in Maintenance and Repair of instruments based on DCS and SCADA system.
• Sound Knowledge of Various Sensor Used for Temperature, Pressure, Position Control, Reed Switches, Photo Sensor, level switches etc.
• Good Knowledge of Pneumatic Control valves.
• Excellent trouble shooting & calibration skills in instruments like mass flow meters, pressure transmitter, load cells etc.
• Sound Knowledge of I/O Control Wiring and Circuit and drawing reading.
• RM conveyor / Filling machine maintenance knowledge is an added advantage
