Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Hyderabad invites a maintenance specialist to rectify instrument and control system issues across production units, R&D and QC.

You will prepare and implement preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance plans, maintain log books, history cards and breakdown reports, and calibrate field instruments such as pressure, level, flow, temperature transmitters, control valves, weighing scales, gas detectors and analytical instruments.

• Rectification of instrument and control system related issues of production units, R&D and QC
• Preparation and implementation of Preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance plan for instruments and control systems
• Maintain log books, update history cards and breakdown reports
• Calibration of various field instruments like, pressure, level, flow, temperature transmitters, control valves, weighing scales, gas detectors, analytical instruments, etc.
