Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a strong background in Training & Development to drive learning initiatives across global and local teams. The role focuses on designing programs, implementing e-learning and evaluating effectiveness to enhance organizational capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a ten-plus year track record, expertise in instructional design, and excellent leadership and communication skills to manage multiple projects and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Ten+ years experience of Training & Development.
• Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• Strong understanding of instructional design theory and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and advance organizational capabilities.
• Implement e-learning solutions and instructor led training to enhance learning experience.
• Determine and assess learning needs through skill gap analysis and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with global and local teams and department heads to identify skill gaps and develop strategic learning solutions.
• Measure Training effectiveness using metrics and feedback. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in capability development.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with the organizations goals.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, guides and manuals.

• Location: St. Marks Road, Bengaluru
• Working Days: Monday to Friday; Work from office at least 4 days per week
• Shift: General Shift
• Travel: Up to 50% (Domestic / International)

Your Skills and Expertise :

To set you up for success in this role from day one,

requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Ten + years experience of Training & Development
• Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Strong understanding of instructional design theory and implementation
