Job summary

Univo Edtech is seeking a Senior Executive (Instructional Design) to develop CBT modules, storyboards, and e-learning materials. You will collaborate with SMEs to apply instructional design theories and ensure engaging, learner-centric content delivered on schedule.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience and expertise in Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Camtasia, with strong writing and organizational skills. Prior EdTech exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and familiarity with Camtasia (experience in Adobe Captivate is an added advantage).
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging learning content.
• Ability to design interactive, learner-focused e-learning content aligned with project needs.
• Knowledge of instructional design theories, models, and practices.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments.
• Basic project coordination abilities to support the manager in achieving team deliverables.
• Ability to review, proofread, and ensure consistency and accuracy in storyboards and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Develop CBT modules and storyboards with SMEs.
• Apply instructional design theories to create learner-centric content.
• Produce e-learning materials, assessments, and assignments within timelines.
• Review and update existing content for accuracy and engagement.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and teams to ensure quality.
• Contribute to QA of learning assets per guidelines.
• Collaborate with virtual and offline teams for smooth delivery.
• Provide progress updates to managers and escalate issues when needed.

Job Description Senior Executive (Instructional Design)

A. Job Purpose

1. Support the creation and development of effective e-learning scripts, storyboards, SCORM packages, and PowerPoint presentations.
2. Assistin developing e-learning materials, assessments, and assignments that provide engaging learner experiences.
3. Contribute to the creation of online training manuals and related digital learning resources for academic and corporate clients.

B. Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop Computer-Based Training (CBT) modules, storyboards, and other learning assets.
2. Apply instructional design theories and practices to design learner-centric content.
3. Develop high-quality e-learning materials, assessments, and assignments within defined timelines.
4. Review and update existing content for accuracy, structure, and engagement.
5. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure quality standards are met.
6. Contribute to quality assurance of learning assets to align with project and client guidelines.
7. Collaborate with peers in both virtual and offline team environments to ensure smooth delivery.
8. Provide regular progress updates to reporting managers and elevate issues whererequired.

C. Work Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Instructional Design or e-learning content development.

D. Mandatory Skills

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably from a reputed university/institution.
• Certification in Instructional Design/eLearning tools (optional but desirable).
