Job summary

Avani Consulting's client, a leading broking firm, seeks an experienced Sales Dealer to execute trades and drive revenue. You will handle equity, derivatives, and currency orders using front-end tools and ensure fast, accurate confirmations.

You will monitor client positions, provide market updates, and maintain clear communication with customers. The role requires 2–3 years in broking or asset management and a CTC range of 2–7 LPA.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in broking, AMC, mutual fund company or similar role.
• 2–7 LPA CTC.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades for clients across equity, derivatives and currency markets with accuracy and speed.
• Use front-end trading software (ODIN/Bloomberg/algos) for order placement and management.
• Provide periodic updates about research inputs and market trends to clients.

Role & responsibilities

• Executing of Trades for the clients on Equity, Derivatives & currency Markets. Activation & Revenue Generation of clients.
• Should Well versed in front end software (ODIN/ Bloomberg, Algos)
• Should be well versed in backend Software (STP and Speed) for confirming the trades.
• Periodic Updates about research inputs to our customers
• Monitoring the client positions and update periodically.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to activate new clients and generate revenue.
• To execute trades for clients across equity, derivatives, and currency markets with accuracy and efficiency.
• Well-versed in using front-end trading software such as ODIN, Bloomberg, and algorithmic trading platforms for order placement and management.
• Familiarity with backend software systems for Straight-Through Processing (STP) and speed optimization to confirm trades swiftly and securely.
• Capable of monitoring client position and be committed to provide periodic updates to clients regarding research inputs, market trends, and investment opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of experience as Sales Dealer or a similar role in broking, AMC, mutual fund company.
• CTC 2 TO 7 LPA
